"On a recent camping trip to Show Low we saw that our awning was not gonna make it. The folks at All Mountain ordered us a new one and got it installed in time for our return trip. Great folks. But when I got home I noticed that their tech didn’t set it so we could slide our side curtain into the bottom groove. We called about it. A few days later Larry came to our house (4 hrs from Show Low to fix our problem. That is good old country customer service that showed me the character of the man and the company.

"We took our trailer to All Mountain RV for repair. We have a 2022, Coachmen Spirit Ultra Light 2557RB. This unit has an extra large pantry/closet behind the entertainment area. We have had this heavy door come open a number of times while bouncing down the road. We had the dealership repair the door and additional damage caused by it opening and hitting the closed slide.
We challenged Adam (Manager) and his crew to repair the Pantry Door and the floor where the door marred the flooring. They had to remove the pantry door and replace the extra large heavy duty Piano Hinge and then put it all back together. I know it may sound easy, but the pantry door is 6ish feet tall and 5ish feet wide with cabinets built into the door and the entertainment center. The locking mechanism from the factory was a magnet and a 6 inch plastic strap with snaps on both end. One end of the strap snapped to the wall and the other to the pantry door. Adam came up with a new securing feature to ensure the pantry door would not inadvertently come open while driving down the highway.
We are very grateful for Adam and his entire staff for the professional work they completed on our trailer."

"I've used All Mountain twice and both experiences were great. The first time was mainly for some electrical work and everything they fixed then still works great.
The second time was a roof reseal and a major slide repair. They were super communicative and showed me exactly where something was broken and what would be required to fix it. I've had people ignore me because of my age, so this was super important to me!

We had a slow start as a tough technical electrical problem in my Popup RV plagued the junior technician. I was frustrated that the solution wasn’t coming fast enough so I asked the GM Travis for additional help. He jumped in and assigned a lead technician to assist with the solution. After the problem was solved I found a tear in my canvas that was inadvertently caused by the tech. Travis jumped back in and took care of the additional repair with no additional cost to me.
